a reasonable experience
convenient location short walk breakfast quality long line check-in process late room
the hotel stands in a convenient location. the convention tram station is a short walk. i also found it easy to get to darling square. the breakfast via room service was beautiful. the bathroom in my room was lovely and very clean.
i waited a long time in line for check in. it seemed like i was traveling on a discount airline. the foyer was full with many people and bags. it took an hour after the normal check in time for my room to be ready. i wasn't very happy about this.

service inconsistencies
long wait rubber pancakes
The service felt inconsistent. I arrived at the club lounge and waited 40 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. later, i ordered pancakes for breakfast, but they tasted like rubber (maybe they were leftovers?). the staff member i spoke to didn't seem too concerned, just said he would report it. i expected more from a hotel of this standard.

Great Hotel Experience

The hotel has a very modern design. It has clean, well kept facilities. The convenient location made it easy to get around. All staffs are so cute. The room size was appropriate. The bed was very comfy. I had a great view from my room. The bathroom include soft towels and toiletries.
I found that the water pipe made noise when I turned on the water tap.

The hotel restaurant offered an extensive menu and also catered to various dietary needs. Breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Service was quick and efficient, and the presentation of meals was beautiful.

helpful staff clean room
The staff were nice and helpful. The room was super clean and cozy. I also thought the location was excellent.
The noise at 7am on Saturday morning was unfortunate since I was there to relax and sleep in.

lovely stay in the harbour
spacious room harbour view friendly staff
i enjoyed the spacious and clean room. the view of the harbour was wonderful, especially at night. the front desk staff were really lovely and they offered great assistance! i appreciated being able to walk everywhere from the hotel. there were many fantastic restaurants and bars nearby. our rooms were gorgeous, i liked the staff attitude as well.
The pool wasn't heated well. It was still freezing. we stayed there on a few days of 30 degree days. it was still too cold to swim due to the wind and the pool temperature.

this hotel is opposite a tram stop! it is only a short walk to china town. the light rail stop next to the hotel is convenient. you can literally walk everywhere from this location.

the breakfast had many options to choose from. the food at atelier was amazing, as always. for bar snacks, the pork skewer and the chicken were flavourful and moist!

the infinity pool overlooks the city. even though the weather wasn't perfect, i spent some time by the pool! the gym was also great, so many things to do there. the pool area has several loungers to relax.
